MORE INFORMATION
Involvement:
We host an opening night for all of our exhibitions - this is a great chance for the exhibiting artists and the public to interact, we encourage this participation.
During the show, we ask artists to volunteer/help spread the word about the show in some way, as we do not make any profit and host these exhibitions for free for the benefit of the public. Further info on this can be discussed with each successful applicant and catered based on their location/age/ideas.
We offer opportunities to create work live, host workshops, talks and other events for local events such as; "The Cambridge Art Trail of Independent Galleries", "Cambridge Arts Festival".
Preparing work for exhibition:
We ask all artists to either post - if they want to, with the gallery's permission - or drop off their work to the gallery at 13 St John's Street, Cambridge. Please note we cannot fund postage or travel expenses.
The work needs to be ready to hang, i.e., strung or framed or both.
